RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Requirements:


  • NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
  • MUST contact the seller if there is an issue with the order within three (3) days.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, has had its length or volume modified, or has had any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)
  • Product must be in original packaging.


The Hair KingPin has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us).

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
